30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated for specific items.


Eligible Items

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all labels, tags, barcodes, and your sales invoice included.

  • Custom, personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke items are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.

  • All items in promotional bundles must be returned together to qualify for a refund or exchange.


Return Shipping Costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Use a secure, traceable courier (e.g., Royal Mail Special Delivery) and keep proof of postage.

  • The returned product is your responsibility until we receive it. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect your returned item.

  • Exchanges are processed after the returned item is received.

  • Refunds or exchanges typically take 3–5 business days after we receive the returned product.
