Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:

undamaged

in their original packaging

complete with all labels, tags, barcodes, and your sales invoice
Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

custom made, personalised, made-to-order, or bespoke items
Bundled or Promotional Items
Items sold as part of a bundle must be returned together to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping

Faulty or Damaged Items
