Estimated Delivery Times

  • Free delivery on order over £30: 1–3 business days

  • Standard delivery on orders under £30: 3–5 business days

  • We use Royal Mail, DHL, and DX Couriers. Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the product is with the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Cooling-off period: You may cancel your order within 30 days of receiving your goods. Notify us by email at sales@signs-scott.co.uk

  • Return window: Return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of receiving returned (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Non-refundable items: Customized or personalized products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged on receipt.

  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
