Shipping & Delivery Policy 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery & Costs

• Free Standard Delivery on orders over £30 Inc Vat – 1–3 business days

• Standard Delivery on orders under £30 Inc Vat – £3.95 (3–5 business days)

We use Royal Mail, DHL, and DX Couriers. Delivery times are estimates, but we always aim to get your order to you on time.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses may require additional postage for redelivery

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost or delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information and contact us at sales@signs-scott.co.uk

or 01732 770775. Once we verify the status of your order, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Shipping
We currently ship within mainland UK only. If you require delivery outside the UK, please contact us to discuss options
