Air Release Self Adhesive Vinyl Stickers:
To make it even easier to apply our self adhesive vinyl stickers we use a high quality polymeric vinyl known as Air Release or Bubble Free vinyl to manufacture our printed stickers & labels. The stickers and labels are fade and scratch resistant as well as being totally waterproof so are perfect for either internal or external use. With its unique micro channel system the Air Release vinyl helps to eliminate any small bubbles or creases that may occur during the application process making these stickers easier to apply and get a perfect result when compared to standard vinyl self adhesive printed stickers.
** Please Note - For ease of user application all our self adhesive vinyl stickers have square cut corners regardless of sticker size.
1mm Rigid Plastic:
Our 1mm thick Matt White PVC Sheets are one of the signage and display industries most popular sheet materials for small general signs as well as health and safety signs. These rigid sheets offer a lightweight yet durable waterproof material that is suitable for either internal or external use. The matt white finish gives a glare free appearance that ensures consistency across all applications, thus providing a uniform appearance that's ideal for signs and displays in any location. Offering excellent long-lasting performance this PVC board is an ideal choice for anybody seeking a cost effective yet durable material for their signage and display needs. Rigid PVC signs are impact resistant and can be easily fitted to a wide range of suitable surfaces by either drilling and screwing, using cable ties or by using double sided self adhesive tapes or pads.
3mm Rigid Plastic: - Environmentally Friendly PCM Board
Another popular choice for safety signs is our 3mm rigid plastic PCM board. Manufactured using recycled materials 3mm PCM board is an eco-friendly material for your new signs. PCM board is a innovative multilayered composite sheet material which combines the surface quality and characteristics of rigid PVC sheets but with a reduced weight due to its recycled foam core which is all bonded together in one unique sheet. When compared to standard 3mm Foamex signs PCM Board is 18% more rigid and has a 15% harder surface finish than standard Foam PVC sheets. With its smooth bright white surface finish PCM Board can be supplied with either a white or black foam core (Depending on stock levels) PCM Board offers long term outdoor durability and high water & chemical resistance so is perfect for either your internal or external sign requirements. Visually, PCM Board is very similiar to our aluminium composite sign panels but are lighter and more cost effective. Our 3mm rigid plastic PCM signs can be easily fitted to a wide range of suitable surfaces by either drilling and screwing, using cable ties or by using double sided self adhesive tapes or pads.
PCM Board is manufactured using more than 50% recycled materials and is 100% recyclable at the end of its useful life.
3mm Aluminium Composite (ACM) also known as Dibond or Alupanel
We only use high quality grey backed "Permanent Traffic Grade" aluminium composite sheets to manufacture our aluminium composite signs. Being a lightweight but highly durable material Traffic ACM is a high quality double sided aluminium sheet material that is used widely in the UK to manufacture road and motorway signage as well as a wide range of commercial signage and displays. Aluminium composite material (ACM) is also often referred to by individual brand names such as Dibond or Alupanel. The ACM panel is manufactured from two thin aluminium sheets bonded together around a black polyethylene core to create a 3mm thick composite sheet which is not only lightweight but is extremely strong and durable. Our Traffic Grade ACM has a grey (RAL 7042) polyester backing and a digital white front face but with thicker aluminium sheets which gives each sign panel greater rigidity and strength than the cheaper hoarding grade aluminium composite sheets used by many suppliers for their signs. Aluminium Composite is one of the UK's most popular signmaking materials due to its versatility, long term outdoor durability and is the number one choice for signs and displays that require a robust weather resistant finish. 3mm aluminium composite signs can be easily fitted to a wide range of suitable surfaces by either using screws, cable ties or by using double sided self adhesive tapes or pads.
3mm Brushed Silver Aluminium Composite (Brushed Silver ACM)
Manufactured to the same high standards as our "Traffic Grade" aluminium composite sheets our 3mm brushed silver aluminium composite signs have a stylish silver brushed effect sometimes known as a Bulter Finish giving each sign a stylish contemporary feel. Using the very latest UV printing technology we print your the finished design directly onto the surface using digital UV primer and inks.

Using a Protective Face Film (PFF) as listed below is particularly suited for use with our brushed silver aluminium composite signs as the film gives the finished signs a vibrant gloss finish. 3mm brushed silver aluminium composite signs can be easily fitted to a wide range of suitable surfaces by either using screws, cable ties or by using double sided self adhesive tapes or pads.
Protective Face Film (PFF)
Protective Face Film (PFF) is a clear protective film that can be applied to our aluminium composite or brushed aluminum composite signs during the manufacturing process. PFF is a high quality clear polymeric film that gives your signs even greater protection against the long term effects of UV exposure, damage from spray paints, solvent and water based marker pens, airborne salt, seaspray and everyday dirt and road grime. PFF is offered as an optional extra with the price being based on the finished size of the sign panel to be protected. With its gloss finish not only does PFF extend the long term protection and durability of your signs it also enhances and boosts the vibrancy of the UV printed inks leaving a solid gloss finish. PFF is particularly suited for use on our brushed silver aluminium composite signs as it leaves a brushed silver gloss finish. If you do require your signs with a PFF finish please be aware that your order will be take slightly longer for delivery.
Engineering Grade Reflective Sheet:
Engineer Grade Reflective Sheets are a retro reflective cast vinyl film designed for regulatory, warning, emergency vehicle and commercial signage, as well as any other application where high degree of visibility especially at night is important. Our engineering grade films are based on a silvered background with millions of microscopic glass beads embedded into the material that reflect the light straight back to its source which gives an illuminated effect that makes the signs far more visible in the dark. Engineer grade films are known for their long term durability and high degree of reflectivity. The film that we use as standard meets the performance requirement of RA1 - ECE104 Class D compliant
